How to change the status of your module and publish courses and modules for the front end users user

To make a module searchable and watchable, first update the status to green, then publish the course, and lastly, publish the module. If a module is under development, it means it still needs work.

1- Turn the status to LIVE/GREEN

To make a module searchable and watchable, the first thing you need to do is update the status to green. A green status indicates that the module is ready to be published and viewed by learners. If the module is gray/under development, it means that it still needs work and is not ready to be published. A module that is red should not be used.

2- Publish the Course

After updating the status of the module to green, the next step is to publish the course. To do this, navigate to the course in the e-learning platform and click on the "publish" button. Once the course is published, it will be visible to learners.

3- Publish the Modules in the Course

After updating the status of the module to green and publishing the course, the final step to making a module searchable and watchable is to publish the module. To do this, navigate to the module in the e-learning platform and click on the "publish" button. Once the module is published, it will be available for learners to view.
