CAS 305: What is a Quote / How to Create One

A "quote". Quotes are good for 30 days. The goal is to turn this quote into a commitment and then we could "confirm" this quote into a sales order. This quote gets followed up on and managed by the sales person. 3 Click "Sales" 4 Click "Quotations" 5 Click "Create" 6 Click the "Customer" field. 7 Enter the business name 8 Click on the Business' name 9 Click "Add an item" 10 Look up the product and select it from the drop down menu 11 Enter the weight/quantity 12 Click "Save & Close" 13 Click "Save"
