Welcome to U-Rock. Before you get started, be sure to join this degree. You'll do this by going back to the main degree page. From the degree page, you can give your feedback, and give a rating. This first degree for all new employees is called General Education 1, where you'll find these "courses" (sections):

• Orientation "Day 1"
• Basic Safety
• Basic Odoo 

The final module in this degree is the "Next Steps" module, and will give you instructions on what's next. And every degree has a Next Steps module that will link you the next course, or instruct you where to go.

After that, you'll start General Education 2, where you'll find the courses on:

• Intermediate Odoo
• Benefits
• Our Products

In General Education 3, you'll find out about how we set and pursue the Wildly Important Goal (WIG).

General Education 4 has courses on Systemology, where you'll learn be a part of helping us create and implement better systems.

After you complete the General Employee Degrees, you'll move onto role-specific degrees. You may take other degrees so that you understand and can communicate across departments. For example if you work in the yard, even if you aren't a Yardhand, you should take Yardhand Associates. 

If you check out customers you will take Cashiers Associates (and other Cashiers Degrees as you are able).

After that you should take the course that corresponds with your job function: Driver Associates, Sales Associates, or Cashier Associates. After completing your associates degree, move onto the Bachelors and the Masters. After mastering your job functions, you can start other degrees to cross-train as time permits, particularly if we have slow times.

Introducción

Bienvenido a U-Rock. Este primer título para todos los nuevos empleados se llama Educación General 1, donde encontrarás estos "cursos":

• Orientación "Día 1"
• Seguridad Básica
• Odoo Básico

Después de eso, comenzarás Educación General 2, donde encontrarás los cursos de:

• Odoo Intermedio
• Beneficios
• Nuestros Productos

En Educación General 3, aprenderás cómo establecemos y perseguimos la Meta Sumamente Importante (WIG, por sus siglas en inglés).

Educación General 4 tiene cursos sobre Systemology, donde aprenderás a ser parte de la creación e implementación de mejores sistemas.

Después de completar los niveles de Educación General, pasarás a grados específicos de tu función. Puedes tomar otros grados para comprender y comunicarte a través de diferentes departamentos. Por ejemplo, si trabajas en el patio, incluso si no eres un Asistente de Patio, deberías tomar el curso Asociado de Asistente de Patio.

Si realizas el proceso de cobro de clientes, deberás tomar el curso Asociado de Cajeros (y otros Grados de Cajeros a medida que puedas).

Después de eso, debes tomar el curso que corresponda con tu función laboral: Asociado de Conductores, Asociado de Ventas o Asociado de Cajeros. Una vez que completes tu grado de asociado, avanza al nivel de Licenciatura y luego al de Maestría. Después de dominar tus funciones laborales, puedes comenzar otros grados para entrenamiento cruzado, particularmente si tenemos períodos de baja actividad.
